Mailchimp

There are a few options for email campaigns from manually sending them from your email provider or from your website host marketing suite but I personally love mailchimp and I've used it many times over the years for different purposes.

Again, within mailchimp, you can keep it simple like a regular email or you can fully customise it as much as you like with your branding, images, links, GIFs and more.

Mailchimp is a great tool to reach your audience.

There are many different ways you can (or I can on your behalf) design and use newsletters and email campaigns. You can keep them super simple or you can incorporate as much of your branding as you like whist being straight to the point or really creative with content. You can use them to catch up with your audience, let them know about your latest offerings, or you can provide an experience which they will sit down with a cup of tea whilst they read. I like to do all three!

Then there are the ever so brilliant analytics.

Here's a list of things that you can see for both an overview for the entire campaign and for each individual email address in your list:

Successful deliveries
Total opens
Date Last opened
Forwarded
Forward opens
Clicks per unique opens
Total clicks
Last clicked
Abuse reports

Here's a list of the analysis it does on each campaign you create:

Content optimiser
Skimmability
Texts & visuals
Links & CTAs
Typography

Finally, they analyse the content of your campaign such as:

Click performance
Top links clicked

And this is just on a free account. You can keep a free account for up to 2000 contacts but you can upgrade to paid plans before that for extra features.
