Jessica Swords - Founder & Digital Marketing Strategist
With a background in the military and over a decade of experience in digital marketing, Jessica combines strategic insight with creativity to deliver results that matter. She is passionate about helping businesses thrive online, shaping their digital presence with bold, meticulously crafted branding that tells a story, evokes emotion, and creates a lasting impression. Taking a client’s business idea from inception to thrusting them into success is what fulfils her in this business.
Jessica partners with entrepreneurs and businesses to refine their online presence and develop targeted marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. With a focus on clarity and results, she empowers clients to navigate the digital landscape with confidence and achieve sustainable success.
In her spare time, Jessica volunteers for various charity organisations focusing on outdoor activities to support Military Veterans’ Mental Health, as well as having trained to become a UK & International Responder for REACT Disaster Response. She also loves travelling—exploring the UK in her campervan and visiting destinations rich in architecture and ancient history. On Sundays, she enjoys attending Church, finding balance between work, faith, and adventure.
Olivia Fitzgerald - Executive Assistant
With a strong background in executive support within Media and Marketing, Olivia brings a perfect blend of efficiency, creativity, and a personable touch to her work. She has a talent for balancing high-level organization with a warm, approachable style, ensuring both internal operations and client relationships run seamlessly.
Olivia thrives in fast-paced environments, providing exceptional support to the team. With her proactive mindset and attention to detail, she plays a crucial role in streamlining processes and delivering seamless client experiences that contribute directly to the success of projects. Whether coordinating schedules, managing communications, or optimizing workflows, she helps keep everything running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on delivering outstanding results for clients.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exploring new coffee spots, curating the perfect playlist for every occasion, and unwinding with a good book. She has a love for travel and photography, always looking for inspiration in new places and experiences.
